It is mainly installed on machine tools to capture oil mist generated during machining processes, helping improve workshop air quality and protect operators from harmful airborne contaminants.

The EJY series adopts a mechanical separation technology. Oil-mist-containing air impacts specially designed baffle filters or changes airflow direction rapidly. Through inertial force separation, oil mist and larger oil droplets or water droplets are effectively captured and removed from contaminated air.

Working Principle

The EJY series mechanical oil mist collector adopts a multi-stage filtration system to gradually improve filtration accuracy and achieve efficient oil mist collection.

The first-stage filter captures oil mist particles larger than 10μm. The second-stage filter collects oil mist particles above 3μm. The third-stage filter further captures oil mist particles above 1μm. A high-efficiency filter can also be installed at the rear stage to collect smoke generated during machining processes.

Driven by the built-in fan, oil mist enters the first-stage stainless steel demister. The layered metal mist elimination mesh captures oil droplets through airflow collision. The collected droplets combine into larger oil drops inside the filter mesh and flow back into the oil collection tray under gravity.

The second-stage filter cotton increases filtration area and reduces airflow speed, allowing remaining oil mist particles to be further captured and recycled.

The centrifugal impeller operates at high speed and uses centrifugal force to separate oil particles again, allowing collected oil to return to the oil tank.

The third-stage filter cartridge captures fine oil mist particles and effectively protects the aluminum housing motor. The optional high-efficiency filter further removes trace smoke generated during machining.
