Product Overview

The ESMC sintered plate dust collector shares a similar structural principle with baghouse dust collectors, while adopting high-performance sintered plates as filter elements. Compared with traditional filter media dust removal equipment such as bag filters, flat bag filters and cartridge filters, it has multiple unique advantages and is ideal for industrial dust treatment scenarios requiring high precision and complex working conditions.

The equipment consists of hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box with compartmentalized structure:

  1. Dust-laden airflow enters the middle dust chamber through the guide plate at the air inlet; dust particles are intercepted on the surface of sintered plates, and purified clean air is discharged through the fan.
  2. As dust accumulates on the sintered plate surface, the PLC programmable controller triggers quick-opening pulse valves automatically in timed / pressure differential modes to perform compressed air back-blow cleaning.
  3. Dust fallen off by back-blow settles into the hopper by gravity and is discharged via ash discharge valves. The ash valve can keep open during normal operation to avoid hopper clogging, with fully automatic PLC control without manual intervention.

  • Precision filtration: 100% interception for particles above 1μm, 99.99% interception for 0.1μm particles
  • Large filter area: Corrugated design brings 3x filter area of conventional filter bags in the same volume
  • Strong acid & alkali resistance: Special resin material resists long-term high-temperature corrosion from strong acids and alkalis
  • Temperature tolerance: Standard model ≤80℃; customized options for 110℃ and above 160℃ available

Efficient & Reliable Operation Design

  1. Easy maintenance: Operators can directly access the clean air chamber to replace sintered plates under all outdoor weather conditions.
  2. Dual air inlet configurations for different scenarios:
    • Standard lower inlet: Dust enters from the lower hopper side; heavy particles settle directly into the hopper to reduce filter abrasion, extend service life and lower pressure drop.
    • High-position inlet: Designed for light dust & fibrous dust, reduces updraft speed to ensure dust falls into hopper after pulse cleaning without re-entrainment.

Multiple Discharge Combination Options

ESMC dust collectors support flexible discharge configurations based on site requirements:

  • Continuous operation: Automatic star-type airlock ash valves enable uninterrupted discharge without equipment shutdown.
  • Fixed-point conveying: Screw conveyor + airlock valve set transports collected materials to designated positions.
  • Small-volume scenario: Movable manual collection barrels for direct on-site dust collection.

Custom discharge packages are available according to dust output and plant layout.
