Product Overview

Cyclone dust collector belongs to conventional dust separation equipment. Its purification mechanism: dust-laden air generates rotational flow. Centrifugal force throws dust particles toward the inner wall for capture, afterwards dust slides down and falls into the ash hopper under gravity. Working Principle

1. Dust-containing gas tangentially enters the cyclone cylinder and forms spiral rotating airflow.

2. Heavy dust particles are pushed to the cylinder wall via centrifugal force.

3. Dust accumulates along the wall and drops into the conical ash hopper.

4. Purified gas converges at the center and discharges upwards through the exhaust pipe.
