Product Overview

The EXL Series Cyclone Tower is high-efficiency separation equipment developed based on gas dynamics principles. It is specially engineered to remove soot, dust and particulate pollutants from steam turbine exhaust gas and various industrial waste gas streams.

By utilising cyclonic airflow rotation inside the unit, the equipment generates powerful centrifugal force to separate solid dust particles from waste gas. Compared with traditional cyclone separators, this integrated cyclone tower features higher dust removal efficiency, compact structure, stable operation and convenient maintenance, widely applied in power, chemical, metallurgy and waste gas treatment industries.

Working Principle

Contaminated waste gas enters the cyclone tower and forms high-speed rotational airflow. Dust particles with greater inertia are thrown toward the inner wall under centrifugal force, captured and collected. Clean gas moves toward the central area and discharges outwards. Continuous cyclone circulation achieves reliable gas-solid separation to purify exhaust emissions.
