Contaminated air enters the tower and is guided into a high-speed rotational flow. The resulting centrifugal force promotes intensive contact between the exhaust gas and the circulating washing liquid.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>During operation, dust particles are captured by water droplets and separated from the gas stream. The integrated structure enables effective dust capture while maintaining relatively low airflow resistance and convenient operation.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:heading {\"level\":2} --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Working Principle<\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Dust-laden exhaust gas is introduced into the cyclone scrubber tower through an air duct under the negative pressure generated by the exhaust fan. After entering the high-speed cyclonic flow section, the airflow accelerates and creates strong rotational movement inside the tower.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>At the same time, circulating washing liquid is pumped from the bottom water tank to the spray system and atomized through specially designed spray nozzles.
