Product Overview

The EYD Series Mobile Dust Collector is designed for applications where dust is generated at individual workstations or where the dust collection point changes frequently. Compared with a fixed central dust collection system, the mobile unit can be positioned close to the dust source for direct collection and treatment.

The equipment features a compact structure, flexible movement, stable performance and convenient operation. Dust can be collected and treated directly at the source, helping reduce the spread of airborne particulate matter throughout the workshop.

According to different operating conditions and dust characteristics, the EYD Series can be configured with different high-efficiency filter media, including filter bags, standard filter cartridges, filter panels and sintered plastic filter plates. Working Principle

Dust-laden air is drawn into the dust collector through the suction hose under the negative pressure generated by the fan. After entering the housing, the contaminated air passes through the filtration section.

Dust particles are captured on the surface of the filter media, while the purified air passes through the filter and is discharged through the clean-air outlet. Depending on the application and site requirements, the treated air can be returned to the indoor workspace or discharged outdoors through an exhaust duct.

The dust collection process is achieved through the combined effects of gravity, inertia, particle collision, electrostatic attraction and surface filtration. These mechanisms work together to separate dust particles from the airflow.

After continuous operation for a period of time, dust gradually accumulates on the surface of the filter media. The cleaning system removes the accumulated dust, allowing it to fall into the lower dust collection drawer or container. The collected dust can then be removed manually for centralized disposal.
