Product Overview
The EBMC Series Pulse Flat Bag Dust Collector is a dry-type pulse jet dust removal equipment with reliable operation and convenient maintenance. The filter bags adopt oblate cross-section design. The compact arrangement of flat filter bags with small gaps keeps the total filtering area unchanged while shrinking the overall outer size, which simplifies transportation and reduces freight expenses.
The core advantage lies in advanced filter bag technology. Standard 550 g/m² polyester filter bags are equipped as default, featuring low airflow resistance, superior filtration efficiency and long service life. The pleated filter structure maximizes the effective filtration area under identical installation dimensions, helping customers reduce overall investment cost of dust treatment systems.

Compared with conventional round filter bags, the closely arranged flat-bag design helps reduce the overall equipment dimensions while maintaining the required filtration area. This makes the unit more compact, easier to transport, and helps reduce transportation costs.
One of the key advantages of the EBMC Series lies in its advanced filter bag technology. Standard 550 g/m² polyester filter bags provide low airflow resistance, effective filtration performance, and a long service life.

Working Principle
1. Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector, and dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of flat filter bags; clean air passes through filter media and discharges outwards.
2. As dust accumulates on the bag surface, system resistance rises automatically.
3. The pulse control system triggers compressed air jet cleaning sequentially to blow off dust attached to filter bags.
4. Falling dust accumulates in the bottom hopper and is discharged regularly.
5. Continuous automatic cleaning ensures stable long-term running performance.
