Typical examples include flour dust, coal dust, wood dust, textile fibers and certain metal powders such as aluminum dust. The equipment combines high-efficiency filtration with anti-static filter media and optional explosion-protection devices to reduce the risks associated with dust accumulation, static electricity, pressure rise and ignition sources.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The main body generally consists of a clean-air chamber, filtration chamber, dust hopper and supporting structure. Dust-laden air enters the collector, where larger particles settle toward the hopper while finer dust particles are retained on the outer surface of the filter bags or other selected filter media.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Filtered air passes into the clean-air chamber and is discharged through the outlet duct by an explosion-protected fan. Larger dust particles settle directly into the hopper due to gravity and inertia, while finer particles move upward with the airflow into the filtration chamber.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>The fine dust is captured on the outer surface of the anti-static filter bags.
