The High-Vacuum Dust Collection System developed by ESAIR is designed for efficient point-of-source dust extraction in industrial processes such as grinding, polishing and cleaning. Product Overview

Industrial processes such as grinding, polishing, surface finishing and workshop cleaning often generate large quantities of fine dust directly at the working point. If the dust is not captured immediately, it can spread through the workshop and increase the load on the overall ventilation and dust treatment system.

The ESAIR High-Vacuum Dust Collection System provides localized dust extraction directly at the source. Through a high-vacuum suction system, dust is captured through suitable extraction tools, suction ports or hoses and transported through the pipeline into the filtration unit.

Its compact modular design allows the system to be integrated into different production environments. The plug-and-play configuration simplifies installation and makes the equipment particularly suitable for applications requiring reliable and continuous dust extraction.

Working Principle

During operation, the high-vacuum unit generates strong negative pressure within the extraction pipeline. Dust generated at the workstation is captured through the connected suction point and transported rapidly into the dust collector.

After entering the filtration chamber, dust-laden air passes through high-efficiency filter cartridges. Dust particles are retained on the filter surface while purified air passes through the filtration media.

As operation continues, dust gradually accumulates on the filter cartridges. The pulse-jet cleaning system periodically releases compressed air to remove accumulated dust from the filter surface, helping maintain stable airflow and filtration performance.

The removed dust falls into the lower dust collection hopper. The clamping-type dust hopper can be conveniently removed for centralized dust disposal and routine cleaning.
